OUR MISSION

We seek to continually grow in our spiritual impact, expanding our reach and influence for the Kingdom through innovative ministries, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to excellence in all we do.

OUR GOALS

The following are our goals:

1. Increase Attendance: Aim to grow attendance at worship services and other church events by implementing inviting outreach strategies, fostering a welcoming environment, and offering compelling programs that meet the needs of the community.
2. Enhance Discipleship Programs: Develop and strengthen discipleship programs to help members deepen their faith, grow in spiritual maturity, and live out their Christian convictions in everyday life.
3. Expand Outreach Initiatives: Increase the impact of outreach initiatives by identifying and addressing the needs of the local community, building strategic partnerships with other organizations, and mobilizing volunteers to serve others with compassion and generosity.
4. Improve Communication: Enhance communication within the church community by implementing effective communication channels, such as newsletters, social media, and church websites, to keep members informed, connected, and engaged.
5. Invest in Leadership Development: Equip and empower church leaders and volunteers through training, mentorship, and leadership development programs to effectively fulfil their roles and lead with excellence.
6. Strengthen Small Groups: Foster a sense of belonging and community by strengthening small group ministries, providing opportunities for deeper fellowship, mutual support, and spiritual growth among members.
7. Upgrade Facilities and Technology: Improve church facilities and technology infrastructure to create a more inviting and functional space for worship, fellowship, and ministry activities, and to enhance the quality of audiovisual presentations and online engagement.
8. Promote Financial Stewardship: Encourage financial stewardship among members by providing biblical teaching on tithing and generosity, offering financial planning resources, and promoting transparency and accountability in church finances.
9. Cultivate a Culture of Prayer: Cultivate a culture of prayer within the church community by prioritizing prayer in worship services, organizing prayer gatherings, and providing resources and support for personal and corporate prayer.
10. Deepen Mission Engagement: Deepen the church’s engagement in global and local mission efforts by supporting missionaries, participating in mission trips, and mobilizing resources and volunteers to address pressing social, spiritual, and humanitarian needs around the world.
